Ramblings of One Weary Soldier: Proposed VA Service Dog Regulation -- Comment Period ends August 15, 2011


I found this on the way from somewhere else on the internet (Thanks, Rene.)

Services dogs for Vets, sounds like a good idea, eh? Right now regulations only allow for Guide Dogs for the blind via VA funding. This new regulation will include all Service dogs (not yet PTSD/Mental Health dogs - they are still "studying" that.) This is a good start.
